About the Vendor

CUSINA ELIAS began as a humble dream during the height of the pandemic in 2020. At that time, I had just given birth to my son, Elias. As a first-time mom and navigating the world of motherhood later in life, I found myself overwhelmed and uncertain of how we would get through the challenges brought on by the pandemic. Emotionally, mentally, and especially financially, nothing could have fully prepared us for the unexpected.

Amid the uncertainty, my niece and youngest brother and I came up with an idea to survive and make a living—selling home-cooked meals online on weekends. With our small kitchen, we started with a simple menu, offering just 20 servings every Sunday. Though the work was hard and exhausting, it was beautiful to see our few loyal customers enjoying our meals. Their kind words and support kept us going, even when things were tough. But as the pandemic slowly eased, we had to return to our regular jobs, which meant putting a pause on Cusina Elias.

Fast forward to 2023, and I felt a deep calling to bring Cusina Elias back to life, to nurture it and let it grow. Inspired by my son, Elias (the heart and soul behind the name Cusina Elias), I decided to refocus my vision and take the next step. This led to the creation of Elsan Frozen Product Manufacturing—a new chapter where our love for traditional Filipino food meets the joy of sharing home-cooked goodness.

Though we’re still young in the industry, we’re driven by passion and a strong desire to keep learning, improving, and delivering the best frozen Filipino food products. Our mission is simple: to bring the warmth, love, and comfort of home-cooked Filipino meals to every kitchen we can reach. Because, at the end of the day, food has a special way of bringing families together—and that’s what we hope to do: make every meal shared a little bit happier, a little bit more comforting, and a lot more delicious.
