About the Vendor

The AAB Baking Goods & Supplies, Inc. (the “Company”) was established in December, 2011 with its initial store location at 2 Kitanlad Street cor. Quezon Avenue, Barangay Dona Josefa, Quezon City as a Company that specializes in the retail and/or wholesale of baking ingredients, tools, food-service equipment, and food-packaging articles in the region. It has officially begun its operations in July 2012 and has largely catered to home-bakers, baking enthusiasts, and small-medium enterprises (SMEs). 

In August 2014, the Company was able to open its second branch along 41 Congressional Avenue, Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City. In 2016, the Company was able to open three (3) further branches in BF Homes, Paranaque, Uptown Mall in Taguig, and in Lanang, Davao respectively.  In 2022, the Company is operating more than fifty (50) stores in and around Metro Manila with branches in Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Quezon, as well as its branch in the Visayas Region in Iloilo City and Bacolod City.

Throughout this time, the Company has been able to secure dealerships both locally and internationally to augment its growth with quality baking ingredients, tools, and equipment. Among its largest partnerships include the direct purchase of agricultural nut products from farmers’ cooperatives in the United States. The Company is also proud to represent the Dr. Oetker Group from Germany for baking pre-mixes as well as the PreGel SpA group for ice cream/yogurt mixes. For tools, the Company is proud to call itself home to prestigious brands such as Wilton and Ateco from the United States. Silikomart, Pavoni, and Martellato from Italy, Saga Paper from Germany, and PME Baking Tools from the United Kingdom. Lastly, for equipments, the Company is also home to Unox Ovens (Italy) and Valmar (Italy) for the cold line production.

Since then, the Company has increased its partnerships around the world in order to bring the best baking products and practices for the Filipino bakers.
